哈尔滨立天志诚科技有限公司创立于2014年年初，注册资本150万。公司业务以研发桌面应用软件与移动互联网智能终端APP为主，兼顾系统集成和图书数字化领域的服务。下设研发部、数据支持部、翻译部三个核心部门。
一、科技成果
公司自主研发了国内首款宗教学学术领域研究软件“道”，填补了业内空白。还为高校研发了数字化学籍管理系统，推出了生物面部识别技术。除此之外，公司还与社会各界人士积极互动，努力拓展业务领域，不断创新，立志做到独树一帜。
