青岛颐杰鸿利科技有限公司成立于2002年，隶属中电建集团山东电力建设第三工程公司。公司以电力建设行业为依托，公司战略布局分为软件三维、智能控制、电子商务三大主线。主营业务包括软件开发、销售；计算机硬件技术咨询服务、系统集成；智能化系统工程；公共安全技术防范工程，工业造化电子工程系统的设计、施工、技术服务与系统集成；三维设计、三维动画。曾先后获得“高新技术企业”、“中国信息产业工程软件10强企业”等称号，并于2008年通过了ISO9000体系认证。

公司目前拥有科技型人才70余名，具有建设行业一级项目经理、IPMP、PMP、注册造价师、注册监理师等资格证书，对项目管理及发展方向有着无与伦比的实践经验。公司自成立以来，软件事业先后承揽过SEPCOIII、鲁能、武汉凯迪、中煤武汉设计研究院、贵州电建一公司、贵州电建二公司、国核山东电力工程咨询院、湖北电建一公司、湖北电建二公司、西北电建等单位的信息化建设项目，智能化项目先后承建过印度嘉加发电厂水网及全场辅助车间集中监控系统、印度ITPCL电站空调程控系统、菲律宾普丁巴图电站除灰程控系统、青岛鸿泰大厦智能化工程、广东清远狮子湖酒店智能化系统工程、鲁能晋北铝业网络安全项目系统工程等工程，三维事业目前正与青岛鸿瑞电力工程咨询有限公司合作进行PDMS的研发、SEPCOIII三维动画等项目。
