格瑞克中国有限责任公司是绿龙公司的子公司，作为母公司的绿龙公司是一家在英国伦敦证券交易所上市的国际公司。格瑞克是一家中国境内的燃气供应商，专门从事于煤层中产出天然气体（俗称为瓦斯或煤层气）的勘探、开发、生产与利用。
公司的经营目标是强化集上、中、下游为一体的综合开发程度。在中国，格瑞克与中联煤层气有限责任公司（一家从事煤层气相关业务的国营企业）通力合作，双方签定了五个区块煤层气商业化开发的“产品分成合同”。格瑞克公司旨在通过其山西、江西、安徽贵州等四个项目（总面积为7589平方公里，预测气体储量为23.1万亿立方英尺）获得其自有的煤层气气源。当前，第一批拥有5台美国进口钻机和150名专业技术人员的钻井队伍已组建到位，并在山西晋城沁水柿庄南区块成功打出40余口煤层气气井，日采煤层气超过2万方。格瑞克计划2010年在预测储量4亿立方米的晋城区块，钻探煤层气气井超过100口，采气量达到10-20万立方米。
格瑞克将通过以CNG撬车为主，输气管道为辅的运输形式将五个项目的煤层气销售给下游市场用户。
格瑞克根据其战略性的商业发展计划即发展为集上、中、下游为一体的燃气供应商。格瑞克近期成功收购了郑州沙口路汽车加气站，并且正在运作收购新郑机场、新郑市、济源市汽车加气站的项目，格瑞克还参股了专业经营西气东输天然气的中油恒燃石油燃气有限公司，成功拥有了西气东输天然气的经营权。格瑞克的商业战略布局已经在北京、上海、河南、山西、安徽、江西等地区全面展开。

GrekaCBMdistributionfromtheseprojectstocustomersismainlyintheformofCompressedNaturalGas(CNG)andtoalesserextent,viapipelineintheformofPipedNaturalGas(PNG).
